The McMaster Posture Belts used by TWGA to help train golfer’s bodies, are specific training aids that enable the body to be moved into the correct position to train the most important muscles used in the golf swing. The belt can be used in numerous different ways to train a variety muscles in a range of intensities. It was designed by the late golf physio and trainer Ramsay McMaster and is used by some of the top players in the world such as Henrik Stenson, Soren Hansen, Michael Simm and many others.
TWGA McMaster Posture Belt training is available in one-on-one sessions or in group classes.
Group classes will offer golfers the opportunity to train like the professionals for a fraction of the price. Initially limited to groups of six, the classes will be 45 minutes of stomping, pulsing, twisting and stretching which will raise the heart rate, improve core strength, flexibility, mind to body awareness and connection, and most importantly, will get you swinging it better.
The belt is simple and easy to use and can be purchased on site and taken away to perform at home workouts too.
