Join TWGA’s Strength & Conditioning Coach, Nick Randall, for Beach Training Sessions on Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6.00am as well as an Thursday afternoon session at 5.30pm. Wednesdays & Thursdays are at Dicky Beach in Caloundra and Fridays are on Pt Cartwright. Nick will meet you at the Car Park beforehand.
These sessions are unique, based on the training concept of the late Ramsay McMaster, and will have you training your body like you have never trained before. Not only will these sessions improve your golf but will have you feeling taller, straighter and better aligned.
